How to perform?
EZ-Bar Skull Crushers, also known as lying triceps extensions also known as french curls, is an isolation exercise that primarily targets the triceps brachii muscle. This exercise is performed lying on a flat bench with an EZ-Bar, and involves lowering the bar towards the forehead while keeping the upper arms stationary. The anconeus muscle, located on the back of the elbow, is also activated as a secondary muscle. EZ-Bar Skull Crushers can help to improve triceps strength and size, and are commonly used in bodybuilding and strength training programs.
