Weighted Chin-Ups are a compound exercise that primarily target the latissimus dorsi (lats) muscle of the back, as well as the biceps and forearms. This exercise involves hanging from a bar with a weight attached to a belt around your waist and pulling your body up until your chin is above the bar.
